Character Information

Name: Ekko
Canon: League of Legends
Canon Point: After his week of rewinds in Lullaby
Age: 17
History:
http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Ekko/Background
Personality:
Ekko is your average teenager in many ways. He considers his friends more of his family than his actual family. He spends most of his days running around with them and getting into trouble. Ekko cares so deeply about his friends that he's willing to fight and kill for them. And if that friend has already died, he's willing to protect any memorial of them with everything he has. Once a person has earned his loyalty he will do anything he can to protect them.

He can also be a bit vengeful at times. When he learns who's killed his friend, he goes after them in an attempt to kill them in revenge. He goes through that entire timeline and kills that man brutally. However, when he knows his choice is between killing the murderer and staying at his friend's side as he dies, he chooses to stay at his friends side. That's the timeline that Ekko chose to stick with. Ekko might be vengeful, but in the end comforting his friend trumps killing his friend's murderer.

Like many teenagers, he says the wrong thing at times, and gets annoyed at people who bother him when he's working. So he will make up some excuse to get the person to leave him alone. Generally this wouldn't be much of an issue, but he lives in Zaun, one of the more dangerous parts of Runeterra. When he sends his friend out in the middle of the night, there's a high probability that friend will die. When he dies Ekko carries that guilt heavy on his back. He knows that what happened was entirely because he sent his friend out.

Ekko isn't that careful with his words and doesn't entirely think through the potential consequences. This is likely the result of being able to rewind time to get a better outcome as many times as he'd like. If it doesn't work the first time through, he'll just restart and try again with the knowledge he's gained.

In other ways, Ekko's not typical at all. Ekko is a genius, he designed and created a machine that can turn back time. While he's clearly in his element when he's working with technology, when he's in the heat of battle it's a slightly different story. He does not immediately catch onto the best possible attack pattern. He needs several passes before arriving at the outcome that he actually wants. But he'll keep going through the same fight, over and over until he can finish it with as little damage as possible, even when it means repeatedly taking a beating and having his own wounds compound after taking the same fight a dozen or more times.

He values time immensely and looks down on people who don't use every moment to their advantage. He doesn't see the point of worrying about tomorrow. Today is the moment he's in and he'll deal with tomorrow when it gets here. He's concerned with the here and now. That might be what he says, but he's a bit of a hypocrite here. He uses his abilities to rewind time whenever he gets an outcome he doesn't want- but often times he pays for it at the expense of his body taking a beating.

Despite being from Zaun, which is an incredibly dangerous place to live with very little regulation, Ekko is proud of his city. It's where he's from, and thus he thinks it's better than other, competing cities. He's still young, and thus a bit naive, however he does realize some of the problems of Zaun like the fact that every known name is a mad scientist with little regard for human life. Ekko would stick up for anybody who's from a rougher area, because he knows what it's like to be looked down on just because of where they come from. He's especially against people from Piltover because they are considered "The City of Progress" and in Ekko's eyes progress shouldn't belong to just one place.

Abilities:
In game:
Z-Drive Resonance: Every three hits he gets on an opponent steals move speed from them and speeds up Ekko.

Timewinder: He throws out a device that slows and damages any opponents hit. It comes back to him and does more damage on the way back.

Parallel Convergence: He throws out a 3 second delayed device to a target area. Any enemies in the area are slowed, if Ekko is in the area, the enemies are stunned.

Phase Dive: He dashes to a nearby location and then teleports to an enemy, dealing damage.

Chronobreak: Ekko is followed by a hologram of himself from 3 seconds ago. Upon casting this ability he goes back to where ever the hologram is, dealing damage in a small radius and healing himself for a portion of the damage he's taken before using the ability. (Out of game, this can be used extensively and for any amount of time, provided that he's decided on when to go back to. In The Far Shore, I'll give him a time limit of 4 hours.)
--
Genius: He created his own device that lets him time travel. He's gifted in creating technology and in the rough streets of Zaun, that likely means he worked from scraps and made his devices without any guidance.

Time-Sense: He seems to have a perfect sense of time and can give an accurate time between two events.

Physical abilities: While he doesn't seem much stronger than an average teenager, he's much faster than average. He zips around fights nimbly and tends to take less hits than the average fighter- partially because he can't take many hits before going down. He's classified as an assassin/fighter, so he can do huge amounts of damage in short bursts, but he's left vulnerable after. The fighter part just means he can take a few hits more than characters in the same assassin class- because he gets to rewind away a chunk of the damage.

Strengths: Strong willed, loyal, genius, adaptable, confident
Weaknesses: Stubborn, vengeful, hypocritical, cocky, careless

God/Shinki: God
Why?: I tried him as shinki before and it didn't quite work out. Also this time I have more canon to work with, so hopefully he manages to stick.
Top 3 Choices: Chronos, Batara Kala, Atropos
God Type: He would absolutely ignore whatever type of god he happened to be assigned and continue on being himself. God of time? It's fitting, but he doesn't particularly care. He'd be more likely to help people who are poor, or are otherwise looked down on. Orphans, street rats, those otherwise downtrodden are people who will get his aid. Those who are better off or high class, he'll ignore prayers from.

Power: Temporal healing. As in he can rewind time on a person or group of people to make it as though they were never injured in the first place. This has a limit of four hours. If the wound is any longer than that, there's nothing he can do about it. Additionally it does not work on himself.
